Cancellation Policy

Bicycle Rental Policy 1. Rental Fee and Duration - The rental fee is €40 per bicycle per person. - Each rental period lasts for 24 hours, starting from **7:00 AM** on the rental day and ending at **7:00 AM** the following day. 2. Late Returns - If the bicycle is not returned within the **24-hour rental period**, an additional full-day rental fee (€40 per bicycle per person) will be charged. 3. Equipment Condition and Responsibility - Customers are responsible for returning the bicycle in the same condition as it was rented. - Any damage or loss of the bicycle will result in additional charges based on repair or replacement costs. 4. Liability Disclaimer - The renter acknowledges that cycling involves inherent risks. The business is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the use of the rented bicycle. - Customers must ensure they have the necessary experience and physical condition to use the bicycle safely. 5. Availability - Bicycles are rented on a **first-come, first-served** basis, subject to availability. - No prior reservations are required or accepted. By renting a bicycle, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or restrictions on future rentals.
