Custom Trail Running Planning – Terms & Conditions 1. Service Details Custom trail running planning is an informal support service offered to guests staying at Casa nelle Dolomiti. Routes are suggested based on personal preferences, fitness level, available time, and current trail and weather conditions. Price: 15 € per person. 2. Availability This service is offered upon request and subject to availability. Advance notice is recommended to allow proper route planning. 3. Requirements & Equipment Participants should have a fitness level suitable for trail running in mountain terrain. Proper equipment is required, including trail running shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and sufficient hydration. If you are unsure what to bring or which type of trail is suitable for you, feel free to ask in advance and we will gladly help. 4. Changes and Adjustments Route suggestions may be adjusted due to weather, trail conditions, or personal preferences. Alternative routes or recommendations may be proposed when necessary. 5. Responsibility Trail running in mountain environments involves inherent risks. Each participant is responsible for their own safety, equipment, and personal belongings. This service consists of route suggestions and local input and does not represent a public guided activity. By using this service, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions and agree to act responsibly while running in the mountains.
