Cancellation Policy

Via Ferrata Equipment Rental Policy 1. Rental Fee and Duration - The rental fee is **€20 per kit per person**. - Each rental period lasts for 24 hours, starting from **7:00 AM** on the rental day and ending at **7:00 AM** the following day. 2. Late Returns - If the equipment is not returned within the 24-hour rental period, an additional full-day rental fee (€20 per kit per person)** will be charged. 3. Equipment Condition and Responsibility - Customers are responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition as it was rented. - Any damage or loss of equipment will result in additional charges based on repair or replacement costs. 4. Liability Disclaimer - The renter acknowledges that via ferrata activities involve inherent risks. The business is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the use of the rented equipment. - Customers must ensure they have the necessary experience and physical condition to use the equipment safely. 5. Availability - Equipment is rented on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. - No prior reservations are required or accepted. By renting equipment, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or restrictions on future rentals.
