Cancellation Policy

Via Ferrata Equipment – Terms of Use 1. Fee and Duration * The equipment fee is **€15 per kit, per person**, for **24 hours**. * The 24-hour period starts at **7:00 AM** on the rental day and ends at **7:00 AM** the following day. --- 2. Late Returns * Equipment returned after the 24-hour period will be charged **an additional €15 per kit**, counted as an extra day. --- 3. Responsibility and Condition * Guests are responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition in which it was received. * Guests are expected to **check the equipment before use** and report any issues immediately. * Any damage, loss, or missing items will be charged based on repair or replacement costs. * Equipment must be returned **reasonably clean**. --- 4. Safety and Liability * Via ferrata activities involve inherent risks. * Guests use the equipment **at their own responsibility** and must ensure they have the necessary experience, physical condition, and knowledge to use it safely. * The host is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss occurring during equipment use. --- 5. Availability * Equipment is available **for guests staying at Casa nelle Dolomiti only**. * Kits are provided on a **first-come, first-served** basis, subject to availability. * No advance reservations are accepted. --- By using the equipment, guests confirm they have read and accepted these conditions.
